Eligibility for Returns

It must be returned in its original packaging, with all original tags and labels still attached.

Please note that we do not accept returns on custom made items. These include any products that have been made to order, personalized, or specially manufactured based on individual specifications. However, this does not affect your rights under United States or Australian law if the item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: No return shipping costs – all returns are free of charge where applicable.
Our Responsibility: We cover shipping and return costs completely for eligible returns, including faulty or incorrect items, in line with United States and Australian consumer law requirements.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for different products. However, if your item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described, we will offer a replacement or refund as required under applicable United States laws and Australian Consumer Law. If you’re simply looking for a different product or size and your item is eligible for return, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and confirm that it meets all eligibility requirements, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Refunds for faulty or non-compliant goods will be processed in accordance with United States and Australian legal obligations.

Rejected Returns

If your return does not meet our eligibility criteria (for example, the item has been used or is returned without original packaging), we may reject the return and send it back to you. This does not apply where your legal rights under United States or Australian law entitle you to a remedy.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout unless required by applicable law. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact us—we’re happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
